The Challenge

As the brand scaled, checkout became a critical bottleneck:

  • Native Shopify checkout lacked flexibility and performance
  • Prepaid share lagged, leaving exposure to COD and RTO
  • No smooth way to run upsells or optimize the cart experience

The Shopflo Solution
