Challenge

As a D2C-first brand, Nestasia quickly became known for its premium home and lifestyle products. But as orders scaled, checkout became a friction point.

Shopify’s original two-step checkout slowed down conversions, and the team was looking a solution to:

A standout driver was Nestasia’s ₹20 prepaid discount. Even though their AOVs are much higher, this small incentive had a big psychological impact. Customers felt rewarded, nudging them to choose prepaid over COD, directly boosting prepaid orders by almost 6%.

Bottom line

For Nestasia, retention starts with great product quality. Strong customer feedback naturally drives repeat purchases. On top of that, post-purchase journeys and segmented messaging further encouraged shoppers to return—directly lifting lifetime value (LTV).

Looking ahead, Nestasia is expanding into new categories and moving towards a stronger omnichannel presence with more offline stores and production facilities.
